Service:Candlelight Restorative Yoga Classes change

Restorative Yoga is all about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching.  During the long holds of Restorative Yoga your muscles are allowed to relax deeply while your breath expands. It is a unique feeling because props are used to support your body.   When we feel supported we are more inclined to relax and release long held tension.   Class includes a deeply relaxing guided Yoga Nidra meditation.  This style of yoga is ideal for those recovering from injuries or illnesses.  

Class sizes are small limited to 6 people.   This also allows classes to be very hands on as I add props and adjustments, massage and stretching techniques, Reiki and aromatherapy into each meditative class.   Come experience the benefits for yourself.  We will follow CDC guidelines and local town ordinances so masks may or may not be required based on the current status. An email confirm will go out the day prior with an updated status.
